It takes just less than two hours to reach Exmouth from Plymouth by train services operated under the aegis of National Rail in UK. The trains are operated by the First Western Great railway at intervals of every half hour. Passengers are required to change trains at an intermediate station known as Newton Abbot. Train services between Plymouth and Exmouth commence at 6 A.M. in the morning and continue till past midnight.
