My Arabic isn't very good, but as far as I can tell, Gaza ul Malikat is a substance known in English as Royal Jelly.

Royal jelly is a substance secreted by bees in their hive to feed larvae which will later develop into queen bees. It has long been believed to have beneficial properties for humans, and can be taken as a dietary supplement or as an ingredient in skin cream.

In the context of Gaza ul Malikat, the royal jelly appears to be used in a treatment for impotence, but maybe it is only used this way in the Middle East.

Men believe that, by taking Gaza ul Malikat, they will be able to perform better in bed and satisfy their partner.

'Natural' royal jelly can be expensive (£50 to £60 for a 50g jar), and so many people take it in capsule form, available in packets from health food stores.

Gaza ul Malikat, also known as Royal Jelly, is an intense serum that comes from honeybees. It is not only used by the bees to feed the colony, but is also used in holistic medicines as a way of attempting to cure erectile dysfunction. Bee serums and honeys have been used for centuries in alternative medicine, from embalming corpses to curing sore throats and apparently everything in between.

Erectile dysfunction is something which can be helped best by your local GP, so I would recommend going to see your doctor before you source some local honeybees, but just in case you were still interested, here is a recipe I found that uses Gaza ul Malikat (but I have no idea if it works):

800grams of Honey with 200grams of Gaza Ul Malikat = 3
teaspoons in morning, 1 at noon and 1 at night.

Sounds like a lot of sugar to me, so a snickers bar works just as well. Better to go down the medical route, here is some more information about erectile dysfunction:
