Singapore Airlines without a doubt. Even when your seat is in the economy class, they still provide you great service, good food (and I'm not saying good as in for airplane food, I'm saying good as in all food in general good), and comfortable seating that doesn't make you feel like you're stuck in a box. Also they give you a hot towel in the beginning of the flight with complimentary socks, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
Singapore Airlines. From economy all the way to first class. The Stewards are always top notch. Both friendly and accommodating. Given a choice, I always book Singapore. Great rewards program too. At some airports they let you into their bar to chill with the flight attendants. Overall the best.
