So I just saw an old tv show and at the end the guy says....there are eight million stories in the naked city. My question is where is this NAKED CITY and why am I sitting here in topeka with my clothes on?

This is a most perceptive question and after doing some high-powered and original research I found this picture:

These residents of the naked city have modestly covered their awkward bits but check out the paper they used to cover it. If that ain't The Sun on Sunday you can wrap my chips in it. That means that the naked city is London.
