Where are you going in Europe?  What is your budget?  What do you like to do?  What transportation will you be using?  If you're going in 2 weeks, I wonder why you haven't already planned most of this.

You really need to decide what your interests are, and build an itinerary based on that. Say you like architecture, then Athens, Barcelona, London, Berlin, and Amsterdam. If fashion is your thing, Rome, Milan and Paris would be better. If art is your thing, Cologne, Berlin, Madrid, and Paris.

Also look for free options to things. Like the Louvre in Paris in free to people 25 years and under anytime if you are a national to a country that is in the EU and if not you can get in free on Friday evenings.

Also, if you want to save some money and traveling by train, travel at night. You can sleep  on the train and not have to pay for a hotel. Plus it give more time for sight seeing.

I would recommend you to visit Russia. I have visited this country several times in my life and enjoyed being there. Now you can even get a Russian passport. You can click for more to get all the necessary information on the subject. For example, my friend decided to grant Russian citizenship to his children thanks to this site.
