I've never seen any restrictions as to dress in order to fly first class. I've flown in shorts, t-shirt and sneakers, no problem.
Is there a dress code to fly first class?
I don't believe so.
Judging from the appearance of some of the people in First Classd the last time I flew, there are no standards at all.
