Greyhound station in Dayton, Ohio

Although the Greyhound website lists the location as being Dayton-Trotwood, it is actually as far from downtown Dayton as you can possibly get. For people who aren't familiar with the area, this can be a bit of an inconvenience!

The bus terminus links the Dayton area to the following popular destinations:

  • Cincinnati
  • Indianapolis
  • Chicago
  • Columbus
  • Detroit

What to make of the Grehound bus station in Dayton, Ohio?
After reading a few reviews on the bus terminal, I decided to avoid the Trotwood terminal because getting a connecting shuttle bust to downtown Dayton seems inconvenient.

Several reports suggest that the local area of Trotwood isn't the kind of place you'd like to find yourself late at night, and the local refreshment options are quite limited.

The only plus side to choosing Trotwood as the location for a Greyhound terminus is that it has good access to highways.

No, not really. It moved October 27 to Trotwood, which is a suburb of Dayton.

2075 Shiloh Springs Road is the new location.
