If It Is 10am In Kentucky What Time Is It In California?

I live in Southern Indiana across the river from Louisville, which is on EDT in the Summer, further west of Louisville, Ky. Is on CDT so if it is
10:00 AM in Louisville, it would be 7:00AM in California. If it is 10:00 in Owensboro Ky. It would be 8:00 in California.

Actually I think it depends on what part of Kentucky you are speaking of.  If I am correct part of Kentucky is on central time.
