If you plan to apply for ILR (indefinite leave to remain) in the UK, then your first step would be to submit a form to get the ball rolling.
I assume you have right to stay, in which case your wife would be able to apply through Form Set(M) which is intended for people "to settle here as the husband, wife, civil partner or unmarried/same-sex
partner of a British citizen or someone who is settled here".
The form lists a couple of things you'll need to send:
- current passport
- biometric residence card
best thing to do is have a look at the form yourself. Section 10 and 11 lists all the documents you will require.
