As I use a few Netgear products, I looked everywhere for a range in feet but couldn't find an exact limit. It must be pretty good because there is a built in range extender and this unit has good reviews for quality, range, and great privacy. It's a great unit to have for travel and much more secure than public wi-fi. For what it costs and how easy it is to set up, it's a nice unit with it's own firewall.
