I've been to places all over the world but I'll live till my dying days in America! I fought for it and would do it again if needed. I love America! We have our faults but other countries have just as many if not more !

Duty, Honor, Country !

Not at all. It's my home. I don't wanna get away from my home even if it turn out the worst place on earth. It's part of me.

Then, i would think about to all the lives we lost to make this country stand. Someday our men and women didn't put their lives on the line so i could consider leaving it. Also if leave carelessly, then all these people who served and serving our country, who they serving for ?

for someone like me, and i'd stay to live where we lost blood for it. The blood which we painted the red strips of our flag by it.

I've traveled to many countries, lived briefly in some, saw combat in others, played tourist and conducted business in still others. I still travel abroad occasionally and enjoy doing so.

I'll make no secret that I despise the politics and the screwy government of this country, but it is still the greatest on earth bar none, and I am proud to reside in a beautiful part of it.

Only for vacation. I have traveled to other countries and while I know visiting and living places are two different things, I do love my comforts of home.

I mean, I enjoy being in A LOT of places for extended periods of time. If a comet the United States making it unlivable, I wouldn't mind living in some of those places. But at the end of the day, there's not place like home.

America has everything. No where else in the world gives you this much choices. We're the trend setters. The progressive innovators. Our intellectual property literally shape the world. We have the best universities in the world. The best food. Especially ethnic foods. Sometimes our American versions are better. Sometimes the original version on our soil is better than the home soil. But I bet you can't find a better burger outside of the United States.

With all the choices, comes the numerous decisions you have to make. Unlike places like Qatar, India, Cambodia, Libya, etc... If you were born in America, the outcome of your life is mainly determined by you. Whether you're a success or a 30+ year old working two jobs  just to feed yourself. People in Qatar HAVE to work in manual slavelike conditions because those are the only jobs. Americans only put themselves in such situations if they didn't study hard enough. That's the choice. Whether you're enjoying the benefits of gentrification or forced out of your home because you can't keep up with the times. It's entirely due to the choices you make in life. Not many places offer what we offer, yet there are many who don't take advantage of what we offer so they take their personal life struggles out on politics,

That's the main thing I love about America. You have the choice to shape your life.

Maybe … if The Onion story about SCA taking over Russia were true … or if the secessionist party of Alaska ever succeeded in gaining power and seceding.  LOL

Seriously, though.  If there was some reason I *had* to leave, and go to another county - I'd pick Canada.  Only because they speak English so I wouldn't have to learn another language, and the weather is about the same.  LOL

I'm not sure.  I'm still in school and Japan has a fantastic school system, but I love America too.  Plus they've got some weeeeird stuff in Japan.  I'm originally from Sweden, so I might go there too.  I'm not sure I'd want to be in America if Trump becomes president. 😜
