I think they're called flight attendants .. At least in the US. Contact airlines and ask them what their training procedures are.
Basically, To be an air hostess, must be beautiful and good figure and can speak several languages well, so if we have these conditions then we can contact or apply to the air company, further more, the communication is important as well.
