I read online yesterday the mean of AM and PM in relation to time. AM...Ante Meridiem. (Latin for before mid day) PM..Post Meridiem. (After mid day) Always used the terms but never knew the real definition.

It's not Chinese food but you should check out Katz Deli, it's on the Lower East Side of Manhattan it's been around since 1888.
