There are no conjugal visitations in Ohio, The state basically says that it is too expensive to build the necessary space. There is also the concerns regarding discrimination since, only married heterosexuals are allowed conjugal visits in any state. That means gay couples OR straight couples that have been together for years if not married prior to incarceration are not allowed these visits.
