First of all you need to take your proof of marriage i.e MArriage certificate obtained frm the court in india if you got married thr or if you got married in pakistan than get your marriage register at indian court. Ow aftr doing so, take the documents to the passport office located in new delhi near hyatt hotel in safdarjung enclave and apply for the new passport. 2ndly, you need to get a declaration on Rs 100 stamp paper frm any authorise lawyer stating that your mrs r/o ... , D/o ...,now married to Mr ... Who is an indian citizenwants to apply for passport (indian) etc etc ... In pakistan thr is dual citizenship but in india I think you canot hv dual status so to become an indian citizen she might hv to giv up her pak citizenship. Mostimportantly , before following the procedure you should also consult wid the pakistan high commission in new delhi located at shanti path , chanakyapuri.GOOD LUCK
