No if your visit is going to be less than 15 days. But you do need a return air ticket and proof of sufficient funds to be able to enter Mauritius. Here's more information:

According to the International Air Transport Association also known as IATA, the Indian passport holders can travel vise free to many countries. However, while travelling to Mauritius, a 90 days Visa free entry is granted but just for the Diplomatic and Official passport holders only. This means that if you do not have a diplomatic passport, you will have to apply for Visa before going to Mauritius.
