First of all I need to warn you NOT to clean it or you will completely destroy its value. The first thing you need to do it look on the back and see if it has the motto In God We Trust on the back. If it does than it is worth $500 to $600 in a the average circulated condition and $2000 in mint condition. If it doesn't have a motto on the reverse than you have a coin so rare that I can't appraise it. Either way I suggest that you send the coin to a coin grading company (I suggest ANACS since they are the cheapest and the third highest quality coin grader) to have it graded. If you don't have it officially graded than you would be extremely lucky to get a small fraction of its real value.
I would like to know what my 1886 silver dollar is worth now
Its value depends on its condition, mintmarks (if any), etc. In the average circulated condition it is worth $20 without a mintmark. With an O mintmark it would be worth about $26 and it would be worth about $105 with an S mintmark. I suggest that you bring it to a coin dealer though because if it happens to be prooflike than it would be worth much more than whichever value that I listed above that pertains to it.
Both the eagle and the lady liberty face are very visible

I suggest checking several sites that deal with coin information, and drawing your own conclusions.
