I believe it would be one hour ahead on the east coast. If you are in the central time zone then it would definitely be one hour more on the east coast.
Ez is correct as I own a home in missouri (central time) & one in florida (eastern standard time) so if it is 11:00pm here (missouri) now then it is 12:00am in florida.
