Other nations in the world are advancing intellectually, while we aren't.  We're so proud because it's the basis of our country's philosophies: We have more rights then other countries....so we're told.

I live in KC, and most americans are fat and stupid....it's horrible.  Most are very one sided on either being republican or democrat when all that really matters is what your heart says.  I almost got side swiped by another car on the highway...only to look over and see two 300 lb people eating food and not paying attention to the road.  If thats freedom....sign me out and send me to europe lol.  I do not enjoy living in america, everyone is pissed off all the time, it's almost a crime to be happy.  There are nice people...just few and far between.  It's all money, religion and politics.  I just want to meet new people and have fun.

I will try to answer this honestly and without ranting,,,,I come from australia and from what I can see about you from all forms of media and from having several holidays in your  greate country are these few observations,,,, The US can be grouped by two's,,,, People who have money and people who don't, the donts struggle every day probably by know fault of their own but because america doesnt value the work that they do so they are on the minimum wage ... These are the people that work for the people with the money, GLEN BECK probably has a couple of them working for him cleaning his mid town loft for $3 an hour woundering how she is going to pay for her childerens school books, they are so expensive because successive american governments and there people don't value teachers,,, schools,,,, funding to these places of learning,,,,, books ,,, reading and so much more,,,,, your government spends trillions of dollars on defence because they and you believe that being a patriot and kickin arse in the world is far more important than schools and learning, I would even venture to say that the vast majority of all the US defence personal that have fallen have come from the poorest, least educated, families in america,,,, do you all think that any of the soldiers on the battle field in iraq afganistan come from families who live in the wealthiest parts of the US no they probably don't,,,, you are ignorant because you are not educated you are proud of this because your governments keep you isolated from the truth and from what is reality..... Education gives you power forgiveness and a heart,,,,, you probably want get these things from glen bill or hanity,,, you will from your teachers books library schools universities and travell outside of america,,,

Although I will agree we seem to live in a fantasy of our own creation, I do object when generalizations are used about the American public. We are not all fat nor dumb, but too often we do get swept up in a mind numbing fervor that would make George Orwell blush.
Example would be from September 11th 2001 until approximately November of 2008.
Why we elected Bush once is beyond me, and don't give me that twice bullsh** he got handed the first four years by his brother in Florida and the geriatric nuts on the Supreme Court.
