Go to their website at www.greyhound.com/ and type in the information of your desired trip into the boxes provided.  The site will then find you the scheduling information for the trip closest to the time you gave.  If there are any delays/reroutes, they will be noted too.

They stopped printing schedules, this is bad, send them an email to complain, it is very inconvenient to have to check using the internet, and very cheap of them.

Great question, and the answer is less than obvious. You CAN go to www.greyhound.com and click on the schedule links to the left of "book ticket". The schedule, though seems out of date - it even lists the Sands casino, which is no more.
If you're near the Port Authority bus terminal, just go downstairs to gates 79 and 80. You can pick up a schedule there. By the way, DON'T buy tickets on line or at the usual ticket desk. There's a special cash window right near the gates!

You might also want to check out Academy Bus, with similar frequent service at the same price.
