Depends on if it a study being done by the owners of the hotel chain or if it is a internal audit shall we say of how the hotel is being ran by comment cards left by the customers/visitors/renters/clients/customer.it also depends on if you mean a accounting audit for records of the cost of running the hotel. In order to (haha) order more goods or services to accomidate the clients/customers.what do they call that a flow chart of what seasons are up or down during the year in order to plan ahead what to order and how many cooks,servers,maids,attendants to have on duty each week,month.
