Inviting friend to spend summer vacation with you?

In Southern Louisiana, it is the norm to invite other kids on your family vacations. However, who pays depends on the financial situation. Parents are open enough to talk about the costs; but, most of the time, money is not necessary because kids can sleep in the floor. For me, I usually will ask that the kid has money for her food, souvenirs and that's it UNLESS we are going somewhere like DisneyWorld then they will have to have ticket money too......

I would say, say. It's much more fun to spend time with a friend than alone, only make sure it is a person you would enjoy spending all this time with! You will be sharing a room and a bathroom and also all your awake and sleeping time together.Last year, me and my friend visited to Panama City beach, Florida to spent our vacation and it was great experienced for us. We enjoyed their so much.
