Hi, the distance is one thing and traveling time is a completely another here in Costa Rica. Because it is a windy, narrow road it can take anywhere from 3.5 hours to 4.5 hours. If you get one truck in front of you, it can take forever.
It's best to go very early in the morning, there are less cars and chances of you getting there quicker are much higher.
