People come in to an area, and spend money.
The Rolling Stones played in Orlando last night. The city of Orlando made, between food, beverages, rent and parking, the city will earn upwards of $500,000 on Friday night’s concert. A lot of the people at the concert came from out of state, and many from other countries. You add in their hotel rooms, and food, and transportation to that figure. Now think off all the people who have jobs that take care of the visitors.
They get paid from that and spend their money at local businesses like the grocery store, or buying clothes. Because they do, people in those places have jobs. Do you get the picture?
