I don't think that will happen anytime soon. It's a shame as I visited Egypt many years ago and would love to go again. I would enjoy visiting some of those countries but it's too dangerous now. Many would welcome us and our tourist revenue but there will always be groups that just won't welcome us and who knows what might happen.
Certainly not in the foreseeable future but "ever" is a long time. It'd be nice to think that sanity will eventually return.
Islam is very much a mediaeval religion and any progress will be slow.
It is and it will be safe, as Muslims are not your enemies.
It is safe, for the most part, for non-Muslims to visit Muslim countries. Muslim countries aren't just home to Muslims, but to many non-Muslims as well.
