Yes---it was great at Disneyworld about 25 years ago. Also good for fairs.
Yes. I actually have two. One for local issues like when I go to the doctor. I put all my stuff in it and wear the lightest clothing I have so when they weigh me they don't have the extra 6 - 8 pounds. The other, my traveling bag, is larger, has a cable in the strap to prevent the strap from being "cut". All flaps can be secured and and it has a convenient space with easy access so you can "carry" if licensed. At first I refued but eventually it became clear I needed something to ease the hurden.
Nope never have and if I do please someone have me committed cause I just ain't in my right mind. :)
