What if you could travel in time? Like yesterday?

If I could then for yesterday I'll just study the whole day , and if I could travel back in time then I would go back to 5th grade and live the year once again with my lovely old friends!

I travel in time constantly ... Unfortunately, I haven't figure out "reverse".

I have thought, pondered and dreamed of time travel many, many times. It can be a most exciting, entertaining and educational adventure just trying to cover, manipulate, correct and avoid all the possible and probable issues and problems a time traveler would have. Right now my most probable course of action would be to write to myself the most detailed set of life instructions, and directions to take. Then I would provide them to my earlier self when I was in my "glorious reading phase".

This could be a very long answer, but I'll try and keep it short. If I could go back in time I would try and talk to myself and stop myself from making mistakes and embarrassing myself.

We are human we make mistakes some people make big mistakes. Time travel should not be allowed people have to learn

According to Albert Einstein we can travel forward in time if we go at a very fast speed. It was proved. Astronauts are .001 seconds younger than should be 

If you mean just 24 hours, you could know which horses were going to win and go back and bet them (same with lottery numbers, or stocks)
