Well there are many reasons! One of the main reasons is because in 50 or 60 years it may not be there due to global warming. Another reason would be to carry out new research. One day scientists may find out how to keep Antarctica from dying out because of this Research. My last reason is because people want to see it's beauty. God put Antarctica for us to enjoy and instead of polluting it and ruining it we should respect God's creation. There are many beauties there such as animals icebergs and much more and we should all understand that God has put them there for us to admire and look after not ruin! You may not agree with me but it is the over all truth and my opinion!
So why do people chose to visit Antarctica? It is a magnificent and largely uninhabited wilderness with majestic mountains, glaciers, icebergs and abundant wildlife. Its remoteness, inaccessibility and severe climate add an element of adventure to a visit to Antarctica. It is different from anywhere else in the world, and scientists have predicted due to climate change, that more and more people are set to visit Antarctica in the next 10 years, in the fear that this environment may disappear off our planet for ever.

There is an amazing amount of wildlife to be found in Antarctica. You are never far away from a penguin – they are everywhere! Add to that the endless birds flying, the nesting cormorants, seals by the harbour and of course whales!
Antarctica is the place where you are really going off the beaten track!
Because it is an amazing place to visit and its very unique. In 50 years time it might not be even there. So I would see it why you can, There are many animals and there as well. It would be such an adventure.
Because people might want to see what antarctica is like, that the weather is, the landscape and they might want to see what animals there are there. And people might want to explore antarctica.
Scientists go there because they go on expeditions all the time there. So scientists are people. Also NAVY airforce people go there on missions. And also maybe some people like the cold... A LOTT!!! :)
