Absolutely not! It must be put in your checked luggage under the plane. You can not even carry razors for shaving or nail files in a carry on bag in plane anymore. If its in a suitcase that goes in the over head compartment then you can. If its on a carry on bag, they will take it and throw it out.
It needs to be in the suitcase bc they no you can't open the over head compartment when the plane is in the air.
