If I understand this correctly when I did the conversion, VA is 3 hours behind Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Basically the same as saying, California is 3 hours behind VA.I found a website that converted the time for me to be sure. It is there you will find a "World Clock" where you can actually enter your own city and pick anywhere on the planet to get the exact time. Because I'm in Richmond VA and love the Olympics I chose, Vancouver, BC, Canada. Below are the results I received using the "World Clock Converter."
