1. Show that you pay attention to detail. You have already failed this because the standard Qatar Airways question also includes the following line which you have missed out in your question:
   
   "Please tell us in less than 100 words what qualities you have that will make you an outstanding 5-Star Cabin Crew member at Qatar Airways and how you have demonstrated them in the past.?"
   
   SO your answer must be no more than 100 words.
2. As I am proving right now, lists are great. Write a list of your attributes, don't go into too much detail because if you catch their eye Qatar Airlines will call you for an in depth interview and discussion.
3. Trustworthiness, passion, hardworking... Forget about all those. They are mentioned in 99% of resumes, and you will not make a lasting impression if you sound exactly the same as the rest.
4. Leadership. That is an important attribute. You are in charge of welfare and safety of passengers, and sometimes that means taking charge of situations.
5. Balanced. A balance between customer care and commanding respect and authority in your role.
6. Politeness and a pleasant manner, and a wonderful smile.
