If you are taking an overground route then the distance from Waterloo Station to Earls Court is about 5.1 miles, by road, or 4 miles by foot.

You can also travel by London Underground train, as both Waterloo and Earls Court are stations on the network. Waterloo station is on three lines - Bakerloo (brown), Northern (black) and Jubilee (grey). Earls Court station is on two lines - District (green) and Jubilee (dark blue).

There are a number of different routes that you can take, but the most recommended is as follows:

At Waterloo underground, take the Bakerloo (brown) line north. Change at Piccadilly Circus. This is the third stop from Waterloo, after Embankment and Charing Cross. Travelling time from Waterloo to Piccadilly Circus is approximately 4 minutes.

At Piccadilly Circus, take the Piccadilly line (dark blue) west. Earl's Court is the 6th stop from Piccadilly Circus, after Green Park, Hyde Park Corner, Knightsbridge and Gloucester Road. Travelling time from Piccadilly Circus to Earls Court is approximately 10 minutes.
