There are many different retail outlets which accept the All Access Visa Gift Card. Since you don’t give an exact location, the best way to find which are the most convenient to you would be to go on the all access website; here you can enter your zip code and find the details of your nearest retail centres: www.allaccessgift.com/gift/

The All Access Gift Card is a prepaid card with a value limited to the amount of money loaded on the card by the purchaser. The card carries the Visa or MasterCard logo, like any Visa or MasterCard credit or check card. Because it's a prepaid card, however, your spending is limited to the amount of money loaded on the card by the purchaser. The All Access Gift Card allows you to buy what you want, when you want, everywhere Visa or MasterCard debit cards are accepted - at millions of locations worldwide. This is the major difference between the all access gift card and normal gift cards. With this card, the receiver can choose where to spend it, as opposed to only being able to spend it in a couple of designated stores.

You can put any amount between $25 and $250 on the card and they can be used with online stores who accept Visa cards. Although all access cards are similar to credit cards, they are allowed to be used by any age. They can also be used to manage your own budget. You can’t withdraw the money from an ATM and you require no PIN number to make purchases.

The only use for these cards is for online gaming.  The reason is they are more readily acceptable at times.  Therefore you can get a card, and then deposit the funds into an online gaming site.  The reason these are so beneficial in this way, is you don't have to give out credit card information to the gaming sites.  So yes as a gift, they are useless, but they have their uses.

I agree.  I had a $25 that I received last year and a $50 card that I received as a wedding gift only 1 month ago!  The expiration dates were for this coming August and November.  When the store declined them, I called to find out what the problem was because I hadn't made a single purchase on either of them.  I was told that they were purchased over six months ago and therefore had accrued the $4.95 per month fees until they BOTH had zero balances!  I feel bad because the people who bought them as gifts did not realize that all the money they spent would go to the company.
THESE CARDS ARE VERY MIS-LEADING-  I think the company bets on the fact that the consumer will treat it like ALL OTHER GIFT CARDS and assume that it is good for the amount shown until spent (or AT LEAST until the expiration date shown on the card)!  But they charge off the amount long before it expires!  I thought it was illegal now to put expiration dates on gift cards...or is that just here in california?  Anyways, don't waste your money, just give the gift of cash instead.

Do not bother to buy one unless you know the person will use it right away. I had a $50 gift card given to me for Christmas and states on the front expires 09/09. With most cards this means that I have to use it in the month of Sept. In this case we are only 6 days into Sept and it is already considered expired. I'm going to alert my family to never waste their money on these cards ever again. What they (NetSpend) are doing is legal, but very unethical it my view.

DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!! The front of the card indicates the card is good for a specific period of time. However the small print on the back says that after 7 months they will charge you a monthly maintenance fee that will exceed the value of the card before the card expires. Anytime you call to talk to them about the card they deduct a fee of from the card. It is not fraud because the information about the fee can be found on the back in small writing.
