For the coastal view, you can take hwy. 192 East, all the way through to Melbourne Beach. Then take a right and head South on A1A. This will take you down the coastline and all the way to Fort Lauderdale.
Interstate 95 will get you there also, but you don't have the beautiful views or the chance to see the towns you travel through.
