Any food that is safe to be stored at room temperature can be packed in a suitcase. You can store foods like dried fruits in re-sealable foil packets, bottled goods and unopenned cans in your suitcase. A little caution, like reading out the labels on the cans and jars to ensure further safety is always preferred. Furthermore, canned foods should be checked whether they are sticky on the outside, as that could destroy the other goods you pack up in the suitcase along with them. On the other hand, there are some foods which should never be packed in a suitcase, such as seafoods.

Most foods can be stored in suitcases as long as they do not combust or spill. It is also better to have them vacuum packed to reduce the risks of them popping open in a sudden. Also, arrange them in a compact form to inhibit movement to its very minimum.
