Greyhound buses all the way. From Tulsa, Oklahoma you need to catch the 0483 to Dallas and change there for the 7203 to Houston. There are three buses a day.
This is a 13 hour journey but don’t worry there are two rest / meal stops, one at the McDonalds at Atoka and one in Buffalo, TX, plus you’ll have just under two hours in Dallas.
When I last checked the web fare was $102.60, while the standard fare was $114, so you’ll save $11.40 booking online, which you could spend on visiting the Dallas Museum of Art (general admission $10 - dallasmuseumofart.org/Visit/Tickets/index.htm) during your stop over.
Sadly the ultra-cheap Megabus is only operating in the North East at this point in time (us.megabus.com/routemap.aspx).
