What is the best New York City Tour Bus?

Use the hoho buses to get your bearings, then use public transport the sights that you want to see are spread right across NYC get a street map and go to an area each day and see as much as you can i.e. if you want to see statue of liberty visit wall street and walk the Brooklyn bridge the same day as there in the same area you only have four days so try to plan what you want to see.
