You really get a passport to a certain place, you just get a passport. But they run about 50 bucks.

I believe it costs a lot more now than 50 bucks. I got my passport in 2005 to travel to England and if I remember correctly, it cost me the better part of $150.00!! But it's good for 10 years.

Oh, well i got mine awhile ago, and passports in my country, Ireland, might be different.
