You don't need a visa to travel to Morocco if you are a Filipino citizen. One of my colleagues made the exact same trip so I'm pretty sure about this.
This is what you WILL need to know:
- You need a Filipino passport that is valid for at least six months after entry to Morocco
- You will receive a stamp in your passport when you arrive in Morocco (make sure to get this)
- Your stay can be no longer than 90 days
- There will be no entry fees charged upon entry
