How I Can Get Visit And Work Visa From Pakistan, Without Sponsor, I Have No Sponsor It Is Clear,?

There are two kind of people who get work visa (Philippians) from canadian employer.one highly qualified e.g in oil and gas industry or or some other stuff.or people with less education but employers bring them to work in chain stores like petro-canada and coffee shops like tim hortons.which do not ask for lot of qualifications.but to tell you the truth only people from Philippines and mexico are coming for this kind of work..but again first got a Philippians and job offer than ,which is not easy specially now a days with all that recession things....lot of foreign workers are being laid off.get some more education a skill  or apply for study visa.

Hi ...my wife she is canadian she sponsor me the immigration refused  my sponsorship case .my wife and me live to get her past 9 month .the immigration don't believe we are not living to get her that why they refused my case that not true..now  I am in the federal court .I want to know I am are ady in canada if some one give me work visa I can stay in canada or no?

just to let you know for visit visa download forms from canadian embassy website in pakistan and apply.if you can give them a sponsor letter good otherwise you can still apply.check the website.www.cic.gc.ca  for work visa you can't apply unless you got a job offer from a employer in canada and first they will apply here in canada to get you a LMO  .once you got your lmo you can go with that and your application form to canadian embassy.
