If you have a Kenyan Passport an need to visit Hong Kong and Singapore, you get the visitors visa at the airport. All you need is a valid address of place you are going to stay as they may sometimes call the place to see if its for real. They are both lovely countries and both have different sets of rules especially Singapore. So before you land get to know them.
Please understand the difference between Hong Kong and China are very different in terms of visa. If you are going to other country (shenzhen, Beijing, Guangzhou etc) you will need visa before departing Kenya as the rules have become difficult to get it on time in Hong Kong. Its not a guarantee you will get it in Hong Kong.
Hope this answers your question.. Enjoy

I know as I have lived in both countries for several years.Enjoy!
