Don't think all these answers are true ! I know jamaicans no longer can go to the uk with out a visa, and that has been changed more than 7 years a go,so if you have a jamaican passport and want to travel to any of these countries, please contact your travel agency for details on visa for any of the above countries ...just be sure before you leave the country...

Most countries  nowadays need at least a visitors visa, there may be some countries in the caribbean like antigua,or the bahamas that do not really need a visitors visa, but majority countries since 9/11 now  require a visa ,so they can properly assess people to cut down on the threat of terrorist actions .

Jamaica citizens travel freely the only visa they need to travel is to enter a foreign country. Most countries borders are protected and most countries including Jamaicans citizens need a visa to go there. The getting of a travelling visa depends on the country's embassy, and the yearly allocations of visas each country is given to issue in a foreign embassy.e.g. If the American embassy is allocated 500 visas to issue in Jamaica for a year when that 500 is done then no more visas till the next year. So first come first serve.

The best bet for you, is to consult your country's foreign affairs ministry or check out information for visa free countries for jamaicans on the web. It will be much easier for you, ok.
