Do people over 80yrs old get a free passport?

Not that I'm aware of, they don't

They are at the end of their life and spent 80 years giving to society, so society felt it is time to give back. That is an 80/20 balance. Not fair. They should have gotten free passports at 50 but society wants more then they give.
