US Green Card holders need a visa to enter Australia. The process is slow (averages 20 days) and there is very little customer care available. The call centre is trained to respond that the average processing time is 20 days. Its best not to buy your tickets till you have your visa.

It is difficult to answer your question, as it depends on a large number of factors.
By the way, about the visa. I’ve been traveling for 10 years and have never met such a good visa center as https://tnvisaexpert.com/k3-spouse-visa/ Thanks to them, I managed to get on flights many times, which, as it seemed to me, I couldn’t catch. Also, this visa center helped me update my visa. If you need to update or get a visa, then contact them!
