Yes. If you are Filipino you need a Visa going to spain. Is not that hard getting the Visa for Filipino. I mean is nit that hard. I don't know now if still the same way. But easily also is going to Croatia very easy for tourist visa all you have to do is you have your insurance.you do not need to buy the insurance all you have to do is front insurance get that from Insurance agency.
